Restaurant Description/Concept Statement The restaurant will start out as a simple sole proprietorship I will be the owner. The founder will focus on both the operation and financial management of the restaurant. The founder has a Masters Degree in Business Management and Administration and has been working for various restaurant companies for over 5 years. The wealth of experienced gained and the educational background of the founder enables the founder to successfully manage and run the restaurant. I am looking for fair profit and a rewarding place where my employees can work. The kitchen will be at one end of the restaurant, with a long horizontal window, so the guests can enjoy the process of their food. A variety of good wines is also necessary in a great restaurant, so it will need to have a wine cellar, I would like it to be also visible to the guests so they can see our wide variety and how beautiful a wine cellar can be. Tablecloths, plates, glasses and silverware will also be simple, very modern and spacious to provide the look for my plates. I. 61-64). † Uneasy about the prophecy, Macbeth plans to kill Banquo and his son, Fleance, so that the premonition will not occur. Macbeth hires two men to murder Banquo and Fleance, but they only accomplished to kill Banquo, and Fleance is able to escape. The actions of Macbeth had consequences, as most actions do in present day. At the time of the murder, Macbeth does not think of the cost of his deeds. His self-interest and desire for the throne of Scotland drives him to finish the act. â€Å" Methought I heard a voice cry ‘Sleep no more! Macbeth does murder sleep† (II. ii. 35-36). Macbeth achieves power, but due to guilt, he cannot sleep and starts to drive himself mad. Macbeth was not the only person who was suffering from guilt. Lady Macbeth shows her agony when sleepwalking and talking to herself, â€Å"Out, damned spot! Out, I say! One; two: why, then ‘tis time to do’t. Hell is murky! Fie, my lord-fie! A soldier, and afeard? What need we fear who knows it, when none can call our power to account? † (IV. I. 34-37) Lady Macbeth frantically tries to wash her hands, but the reality is that there is nothing on them. It is evident that she is feeling guilty for her actions and because of it, she is going mad. Lastly, Macbeth achieves justice and what he deserved at the end of the play when Macduff beheads him. Macbeth and Macduff battle, sword for sword, but Macbeth boasts that he has no reason to fear Macduff, because of his belief in the witches' prophesy. â€Å" Be bloody, bold, and resolute; laugh to scorn The power of man; for none of woman born Shall harm Macbeth† (IV. i. 86-87). Looking at the Brasidas’ square from aside makes it seem like a firm and rigid shape, while it might not always look so from the inside. Just as the key soldiers in the square were looking outwards, the conclusion of your essay should turn your thesis to something more general. Writing an essay often requires a lot of discipline and tactical thinking. This is what the Spartan System is all about. To write an essay according to this System, you need to imagine a square-like structure where the thesis creates the shape, and the conclusion reinforces it; the body of your essay fills this shape. This way, by beginning with an intro and sketching the conclusion, you already have â€Å"the skeleton,† and everything else serves either to fill it or support it. That is where you allow your ideas unveil, but never go beyond the shape you have established. What you get in the end is a solid piece with a firm structure of a Spartan square and your body of ideas within it. This is pretty much enough to win you a good grade.
